Manipulator is used to transport items via the standard Conveyor Belt. The Manipulator allows items to be either taken from or put into a Chest or machine. Its direction is changed by Shift-Clicking on the Manipulator with a Wrench.
To use a Manipulator, power the bottom of the block with a power source.

Retrieving items
A Redstone signal is required for a Manipulator to retrieve items from Chests or machines. Players can create a Redstone timer or place a lever beside so that it can retrieve items and place them on the Conveyor Belt. It only takes 1 item per Redstone signal.
Placing items
Before placing any items, the machine should be connected with electricity. Otherwise, items will not be accepted. To place items on a machine, the Manipulator should be placed on the top of the machine, for example, placing a Manipulator on an Electric Furnace so that ores can be smelted after being transferred by Conveyor Belts.
