A magnifying glass is used for determining who placed which block.
How to use[]
You simply right click a block. (Note: You can apparently only use this on railcraft items)
How to craft[]
The magnifing glass can be crafted by placing a stick diagonally down (either side) of a glass pane.
Note: this can be made without a crafting table.
